Competition for new energy vehicles in China has just begun

In September 7th, the two day "new energy vehicle technology forum 2017" was held in Kunshan Grand Metropark Hotel Suzhou. During the forum, a total of more than 20 authoritative guests at home and abroad around the new energy automotive policy, market trends and battery, motor, electronic control and other core technologies to make in-depth reports to explain. Automotive reporter for the industry is concerned about the new energy vehicle policy issues and the current domestic vehicle manufacturers in the new energy automotive field of development planning to sort out, for the industry reference.
On the opening day of the forum, Yang Hongsong, senior policy researcher of China Automotive Technology Research Center, first made an interpretation of the policies and market issues of new energy vehicles which were most concerned about in employment. Yang Hongsong pointed out that the new energy car prices in the current product design and market sales, which are new energy vehicles subsidy policy oriented, the future will gradually shift to CAF e (average fuel consumption policy), new energy vehicle integration, new energy vehicle quota management policy. In addition, due to the local subsidy policy of new energy sources, local forms of local protection will continue to exist in the short term. It said, "the new energy vehicle market competition has just begun, due to the smaller volume, 1-2 best-selling model tens of thousands of sales can change the enterprise ranking, who wins is unknown future, but the overall situation of the market will be getting better and better, the market will be more and more dishes."
Shen Bin, deputy general manager of Beijing branch of China Automotive Engineering Research Institute, explained and analyzed the controversial new energy integration policy. It said, taking into account the new energy integration policy control of energy consumption and industrial upgrading will be CAF e (average fuel consumption policy) parallel management, promote the development of new energy vehicles in the traditional control of automobile energy consumption at the same time, to jointly promote the transformation and upgrading of China's automobile industry.
n addition, it also admitted, as the replacement policy subsidies fall off, double integral policy also has to be perfect. First of all, the new energy vehicles in CAF e (average fuel consumption policy) two areas and integration policy will play a major role, which will reduce the enterprise of automobile research and development application of energy saving power, is not conducive to the development of automobile energy saving technology. Secondly, integration policy is only for the passenger area, and in the new energy vehicles accounted for the total of new energy vehicle is not a small yet alternative measures no subsidies after the fall. Third, after 2020, how to implement the integration policy is not clear, which is not conducive to enterprises to make the correct response planning. Finally, the integration policy in the final analysis or for the production side, and the new energy automotive industry development momentum should also be placed in the promotion of new energy vehicles market acceptance.
In view of the above shortcomings, Shen Bin also gives the following suggestions: in the development of new energy vehicles at the same time, increase the development of the traditional energy-saving technologies, such as high power transmission assembly, lightweight, hybrid and alternative fuel; integral research on management methods of new energy vehicle; clear in 2020 after the relevant assessment standards the details and regulations, coping strategies for enterprises to develop product technology planning; not only to enterprise production evaluation standards, but also give full consideration to the relationship between market supply and demand, to avoid oversupply, overcapacity problem etc..
